' Little kitchen egg roll!

Little kitchen recipe for making an egg roll!

Hello little chefs!!!

Its Friday again which means we will be cooking today! Hooray!!!

So let´s make some yummy egg roll, shall we?



EGG ROLL

We will need:

4 eggs
125g flour
500ml milk
salt and pepper 
ham for the topping (or whatever else you might fancy!)

Stir together eggs, flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour the batter in.


Bake at 200°C until the batter seems to puff up and starts to take a golden yellow color, this will take about 20 to 25 minutes depending on the oven.

Take the tin out of the oven - careful, it´s hot!!! - and put some slices of ham on top. You could totally use different toppings like tomatoes, tomato sauce, herbs, cheese, cream cheese...the sky is the limit!



Roll it up and enjoy!!!
