' Candy time!

recipe for scandinavian inspired candy balls

Hello!!!

We got candy for you today!!! Let´s make some nice Scandinavian candy balls together! I should actually say Scandinavian-inspired candy as I changed some ingredients.

Here is what you need:

Usually these are made using strong cold coffee instead of milk, but as I was preparing them for Jamie as well I substituted the coffee for milk and it was delicious. But feel free to use coffee if you prefer!

Knead all ingredients together (we used our hands) apart from the grated coconut to form a lovely dough. Place the grated coconut onto a plate.

Shape the dough into 12 balls and roll them in grated coconut. Place in sweet little mini muffin cases, put them in the fridge for several hours and enjoy!

If you actually manage to have leftovers (we never get to this stage!) put them back in the fridge to store them.

Have a nice weekend! (with candy balls!)
